The learner was swapped with terminology and there needed to be more practical examples to explain how the terms worked in practise. The assessment referred to the case studies which the learner assumed were simply examples. Thus, when they appeared on the final assessment, it was surprising making the assessment a memory test rather than one that displayed an understanding of records management. As a teacher, I felt the course did not do enough to explain and expand on the subject matter.
A straightforward course to follow to help improve your knowledge on records management.
An interesting and accessible course which provides informative and useful information on record keeping and archive practices.
I would prefer the questions of the assesment to be explained on the module. Also to use simplier language to the assessment, also to inform the people that the case studies are part of the assesment
Quick and east course but must have basic understanding of document management
Overall this is a good introduction to Archiving and Record systems Management. Extremely relevant information.
Good basic course. Challenging End assessment.
Lots of intersting information. The questions where a little random. Some questions felt more like a memory test about the case studies (i.e; how did Mary want to conduct the survey?) I didn't feel like that had much to do with the subject.
.
Excellent course highly recommend for anyone in business
